About Our Client Our client is a well-established and rapidlygrowing Managed Services Provider with nearly two decades of experiencedelivering IT solutions. They serve diverse industries such as healthcare,accounting, manufacturing, and legal. Their focus includes transitioningbusinesses to cloud-based platforms and offering innovative IT services. About the Role The Project Engineer will play a critical role inmanaging and delivering IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and systemimplementations. The role includes providing onsite support, assisting insolution design, and acting as an escalation point for the service desk team. Must-Haves: Strong experience with Windows, server infrastructure, M365 stackand Azure environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A valid driver’s license and Australian work rights. Role andResponsibilities Execute technical projects: migrations, relocations, upgrades, andimplementations. Collaborate with project teams and third-party stakeholders toensure successful project delivery. Provide onsite technical support and systems administration. Develop technical documentation and conduct handovers for theservice desk team. Offer on-call support when required. Skills and Experience Proficiency in: Windows desktop/server systems and Azure cloud platforms. Microsoft 365 solutions, Active Directory, and hybrid cloudsetups. Hyper-V, VMware, and network security solutions. Advanced LAN/WAN networks and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS). Desired experience with: Backup and disaster recovery solutions. Small business VOIP systems. Healthcare IT solutions. Familiarity with ConnectWise, Kaseya, and vendor technologies(Cisco, Juniper, Sophos, etc.). Qualifications Relevant industry or tertiary qualifications (preferred). Certifications in Azure, Microsoft 365, and hardware vendor systems(desirable).
