This dual‑site structure offers the perfect balance – the leadership scope of two services, while still maintaining the warmth, connection and community feel of boutique‑sized centres. About the Role As our Dual‑Site Centre Manager, you will lead both centres with a unified vision while honouring their individual identities. Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, our services offer nurturing environments with natural play spaces, open‑plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age‑appropriate resources. Thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor learning areas provide inspiring spaces where children explore, grow and thrive.

Lead with kindness, inclusivity and a strong commitment to quality care

Inspire and mentor two dedicated educator teams

Build meaningful, lasting relationships with families across both centres

Foster collaboration and consistency between the 64‑place and 34‑place services

Empower educators to nurture children’s independence and curiosity

Drive operational excellence while maintaining a joyful and supportive culture

What You’ll Bring

Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑recognised equivalent)

Current Working with Children Check

Full Australian working rights

Current Child Protection certificate

Food Safety Supervisor certificate

Proven leadership experience within early childhood

A warm, professional and community‑minded approach

Two professional references (including one from a manager/supervisor in a childcare or education setting)
