At a defining stage of growth, we are partnering with a design-led homewares and furniture brand known for its on-trend, covetable pieces - the kind you instantly want to add to cart - to appoint a Head of Brand Marketing into a newly created senior leadership role.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially sharp, brand-led marketer to take full ownership of strategy and shape the next phase of growth. With deep D2C and retail eCommerce experience, you will define positioning, lead major campaigns, and ensure the brand shows up with clarity and commercial strength across digital, retail, and trade channels.
This is not a maintenance role — it’s a senior leadership position for someone with their finger firmly on the pulse of trends and commercial opportunity, capable of shaping both brand and broader marketing direction.
Key Responsibilities
Define, own, and evolve the overarching brand strategy across all channels, acting as ultimate brand guardian
Set the strategic direction for campaign planning across D2C, retail eCommerce, and trade channels
Partner with eCommerce to analyse performance data and translate insights into coordinated brand and growth strategies
Work alongside the executive team on marketing budget planning and allocation
Oversee website, email, paid media creative, and organic social content — ensuring alignment to brand strategy and performance outcomes
Guide photography, video, and campaign production to elevate brand perception and relevance
Lead influencer, PR, and brand partnership strategy aligned to long-term brand equity and growth
Manage and brief agencies and creative partners to deliver high-impact, on-brand execution
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team with clear accountability
About You
A senior marketing leader with proven success defining and scaling brand strategy within D2C or retail eCommerce environments
Experience within homewares, furniture, lifestyle, or consumer retail brands
Commercially astute, data-informed, and deeply brand-led
Highly engaged in modern brand building, with strong instinct for positioning, differentiation, and emerging consumer trends
Strong understanding of marketing trends, customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle strategy
Confident influencing at executive level and embedding brand thinking into broader business strategy
A natural leader who inspires teams while remaining strategically hands‑on
