The Opportunity
Reporting into the Chief People & Culture Officer, this role is accountable for the end-to-end global remuneration and benefits framework, ASX compliance and Board reporting, and ownership of all equity and performance processes.
You will lead a small, specialist team and partner closely with the Board, Executive, Finance, IT and external advisors to ensure Nanosonics’ reward frameworks are commercially aligned, compliant, competitive, and future-ready.
Key Accountabilities
Lead global remuneration and benefits across all regions, including STI, LTI, sales commission and total reward frameworks.
Own and embed the global remuneration philosophy, job evaluation methodology and scalable reward policies.
End-to-end ownership of global equity and share plans, including eligibility, allocation, vesting and employee education.
Lead the annual performance and remuneration review cycle, including budgeting, benchmarking and leader enablement.
Accountable for ASX remuneration governance, Board and Committee reporting, proxy advisor materials and WGEA reporting.
Lead people & Culture input into audits and governance forums, ensuring regulatory and compliance excellence.
Drive people data, dashboards and analytics to support Executive and Board decision-making, including Global HRIS selection and implementation.
Lead and develop a small specialist team, demonstrating proven leadership and coaching to bring out the best in others, while influencing senior stakeholders across the business.
About You
You are a seasoned Performance & Reward leader with deep ASX-listed experience, confident engaging at at Board level and comfortable navigating global complexity. You combine strong technical expertise with commercial judgement, stakeholder credibility and a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
You will bring:
10+ years’ experience in executive remuneration, performance and reward within ASX-listed organisations.
Proven hands-on experience managing STI, LTI and equity plans end-to-end.
Strong background in Board and ASX compliance, including remuneration reporting and WGEA.
Advanced data and reporting capability, with the ability to translate complexity into insight.
Experience leading small specialist teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Advanced Excel skills and strong financial acumen.
Highly regarded
Experience in a global medical device, life sciences or regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience in organisations transitioning from growth to maturity.
Exposure to global HRIS selection and implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, HR or related discipline.
Postgraduate qualifications (MBA, CIPD or equivalent) highly regarded.
