You won’t be thrown in the deep end or left to figure things out alone, you’ll be supported by approachable Senior Lawyers who enjoy mentoring and teaching. The team is known for producing excellent lawyers because they take development seriously. You’ll gain real hands‑on experience while learning the right way to practice law from experienced practitioners. Whether you have some insurance exposure already, or strong general litigation experience and want to specialise, this role offers a clear pathway and proper guidance from day one. Duties & Responsibilities

Assisting in defence of Professional Indemnity and Public Liability matters Drafting correspondence, pleadings and court documents Preparing briefs to counsel and experts Attending mediations and settlement conferences Legal research and preparing advices Communicating with insurers, brokers and insured professionals Managing smaller matters with supervision as you progress Supporting senior lawyers on complex litigated disputes Running your own files as your confidence grows Workplace Benefits include:

Freshly qualified up to 5 years PAE Have some litigation experience (insurance highly regarded) Have exposure to Professional Indemnity, Public Liability, Personal Injury or general disputes (advantageous) Want to build a long-term career in litigation Enjoy learning and asking questions Take pride in your work and attention to detail Are personable and team-oriented Bring positive energy to a workplace (this team enjoys a laugh) Attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much as experience About the Firm & Culture:
