We're partnering with a leading global public practice firm that is looking for an experienced Partner / Senior Manager to join their Tax & Business Services Division. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service standards. Review and oversee complex tax and business advisory work. Mentor and develop Intermediate and Junior staff, helping them grow their careers. Collaborate with offshore teams for financial prep and bookkeeping. Analyse complex financial data to deliver practical, tailored solutions for clients. Support SME clients with management accounting and reporting. What We’re Looking For: CA or CPA qualified. 10+ years of experience in public practice, with expertise in tax compliance. Strong experience in reviewing complex work and providing high level tax advisory. Proven leadership skills, with a focus on team development and mentoring.
