What you’ll do:
Identify and unlock new opportunities within existing clients — from service expansion to higher-tier retainers
Act as a trusted strategic advisor, not just a day-to-day manager
Lead annual and quarterly planning sessions that define client roadmaps and KPIs
⚙️ Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure strategy translates into exceptional execution
Represent the agency at industry events and build meaningful connections
Mentor and empower the team around you
