Principal Recruitment Consultant – Technology & Projects Melbourne | Hybrid (3–4 days in CBD office)

Granite Group is growing, and we’re looking for a high-performing Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne team. If you’re an experienced tech or projects recruiter who wants a role with influence, ownership, and access to a premium client portfolio—this is it.

As a Principal Consultant, you’ll lead senior relationships, drive business growth, and deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes across Technology, Digital, and Project Delivery. You’ll also work closely with Granite’s Consulting arm, partnering with our experts to deliver integrated talent and advisory solutions for major transformation programs. You’ll shape strategy, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with senior leaders to elevate service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience recruiting across Technology and/or Project Services

Proven success building and growing client accounts

A relationship‑driven operator who can influence senior stakeholders

Someone proactive, commercial, and confident engaging with high‑calibre talent

A consulting mindset with the ability to solve problems, not just fill roles
