Chief Operating Officer

About the Role Reporting directly to the Founder, the COO acts as the operational CEO, accountable for:

High‑volume operational administration, workflow optimisation and automation

Nationwide field operations, scheduling and workforce deployment

Construction and delivery leadership in partnership with the Head of Construction

Safety and compliance performance across all operations

Embedding data‑driven performance metrics across the broader team

Financial and commercial performance of operations

Who We’re Looking For You are a senior operator with a strong track record in field operations leadership supported by high‑volume operational or service environments.

You offer

Experience leading large, distributed field operations

Experience managing high‑volume workflows or service delivery environments

Strong safety leadership record

Experience leading subcontractor‑driven delivery models

Commercial and P&L mindset

Experience driving automation, systems or technology‑enabled operational uplift

Strong capability using data and metrics to drive performance outcomes

Solar experience is not required.
