Senior Associate - Commercial Litigation & Insolvency

Lawyers here act as trusted advisers on a broad range of complex commercial disputes for blue‑chip private, public and corporate clients.

The Opportunity Join a high‑performing commercial litigation team as a Senior Associate. You’ll work directly with a Partner, be supported by an experienced EA and junior lawyers, and run a diverse range of challenging matters across commercial litigation and insolvency.

In this role, you will:

Manage Superior Court proceedings end‑to‑end (strategy, pleadings, evidence, mediation/trial prep).

Advise on the Corporations Act, Bankruptcy Act and ACL issues; handle urgent interlocutory applications.

Drive settlement strategies and work closely with experts/counsel.

Mentor juniors and help refine team processes.

About You

5+ years’ PAE in commercial litigation.

Strong technical grounding across the Corporations Act; confident in Superior Courts.

Construction disputes experience highly regarded (but not essential).

Client‑focused, autonomous and calm under deadlines; excellent written advocacy and analytical skills.
