Operating in a multi entity environment with complex commercial, regulatory and operating structures, Pivotel is seeking an experienced and forward thinking Head of Finance to join our Executive leadership team. About the role: As Pivotel’s Head of Finance, you will be accountable for the financial stewardship of the Group, leading a high performing finance function and driving operational excellence across systems, processes and controls. You will partner with the CEO, Board and senior leaders to ensure Pivotel continues to grow sustainably, remain compliant, and invest intelligently. This role is ideal for an Executive with a deep background in technology or telecommunications, and who is energised by designing and optimising workflows, data structures and business systems within the Microsoft ecosystem. Responsibilities

Lead the Group’s financial reporting, management reporting and consolidated accounts across multiple entities. Ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements and regulatory obligations. Provide high quality financial insights, scenario modelling and strategic analysis to support executive and board decision making.

Risk, Governance & Compliance

Oversee statutory compliance, taxation, audit processes and regulatory reporting. Maintain and optimise the organisation’s insurance program, ensuring appropriate coverage across entities, assets and risk categories. Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks and financial policies. Drive the design, enhancement and integration of finance systems, data flows and business processes, particularly within the Microsoft environment (Dynamics, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, etc.) in collaboration with the company's ERP Sage X3. Lead transformation initiatives to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and improve operational efficiency. Ensure systems support a diverse product range, complex billing structures and multi entity reporting requirements. Commercial & Strategic Partnership

Partner with product, technology, commercial and operational teams to provide financial insight across Pivotel’s broad portfolio. Support strategic planning and long term forecasting. Contribute to M&A evaluation, due diligence and integration. Lead, mentor and develop Pivotel’s finance team Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. About You

You will be a strategic, hands on and commercially minded finance executive with: Senior leadership experience in technology, telecommunications or related sectors. Proven success operating in multi entity environments with complex product structures. Strong capability in system design, process optimisation and workflow creation, especially within the Microsoft platform. Demonstrated experience overseeing insurance programs, regulatory compliance and risk management. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, influential leadership style. Degree in finance, accounting, commerce or similar, with CA/CPA qualifications. Why Join Pivotel?
