About You

You are an experienced energy and resources lawyer

You have had exposure to various jurisdictions, namely Q LD, NSW, SA and NT

You are comfortable working on matters relating to land access, procurement and environmental approvals

You are comfortable working on matters relating to regulatory intervention following environmental incidents

You are comfortable working on matters relating to native title and cultural heritage matters (TO negotiations, future act advice etc)

You are comfortable working on matters relating to joint ventures

You have the ability to work with minimal supervision and with diverse stakeholders

You have the ability to manage competing priorities

You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team

You have a minimum of 5 years' experience

You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business

You have a current practising certificate

You have the right to live and work in Australia
