Solution Architect

Are you someone who enjoys solving real problems, can move comfortably between whiteboard and delivery, and brings clarity to complexity without over‑engineering.

We’re looking for a Solution Architect who enjoys being deeply embedded in delivery — someone who can design robust solutions, work closely with engineering teams, and bring strong technical leadership across a modern platform landscape.

The strategic architecture direction is already defined. This role is about making it real — shaping how solutions are designed and implemented across a composable, cloud‑native ecosystem.

How you’ll make an impact:

Designing end‑to‑end solutions across a MACH‑aligned ecosystem (microservices, API‑first, cloud‑native, headless)

Applying Domain‑Driven Design principles to shape services and boundaries

Supporting event‑driven architectures — thinking in events, decoupling, and asynchronous patterns

Working closely with delivery squads to translate requirements into practical architecture

Guiding implementation decisions across integrations, APIs, messaging, and platform services

Leading technical design sessions and helping teams navigate complex trade‑offs

Providing architectural oversight through build, test, and deployment

Mentoring engineers and technical leads on patterns, practices, and design thinking

The experience we’re hoping to see:

Proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior technical leader in complex environments

Strong hands‑on understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or similar), distributed systems, and modern integration patterns

Experience designing microservices, event‑driven solutions, and scalable APIs

Familiarity with patterns like strangler, anti‑corruption layer, circuit breaker, and BFF

Strong grasp of Domain‑Driven Design and composable architecture approaches

Ability to work at depth with engineers while maintaining architectural perspective

Pragmatic mindset — balancing ideal design with delivery realities

Tech & architectural landscape (indicative):

Cloud‑native platforms and serverless environments

Event streaming and messaging

API‑driven integrations

Microservices and modular architectures

Observability and resilience patterns
