Solutions Architect - Canberra or Melbourne

Our client is aFederal Government agency are seeking aSolution Architect for a long term engagement supporting major ICT transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include:

Lead solution architecture design across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Provide technical governance and architectural oversight across multiple initiatives. Design and document application architectures aligned to business and Commonwealth ICT requirements. Evaluate architecture options, trade-offs, risks, and change requests. Work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders in Agile environments. Some of the preferred skills and experiences our ideal candidate will possess:

3–5+ years’ experience as aSolution (Application) Architecton large-scale programs. Strong experience withAzure technologies, including Azure DevOps, API Management, Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, and Service Bus. Experience with modern application frameworks (Blazor, React, SPA frameworks, microservices). Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Commonwealth Government experience highly regarded. Duties and experiences that will benefit the candidate in standing out for the role:

Active Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory prior to commencement. This position is open to Australian Citizens only. Candidates must meet all submission and compliance requirements outlined in the RFQ, including a one-page pitch and structured PDF submission. Location:Melbourne or Canberra Duration:12 months (Initial) Clearance:AGSVA BL (already existing and willingness to upgrade to NV1) What's on offer:
