Known for their strong clinical governance frameworks and commitment to quality care, they are seeking an experienced Prison Health Centre Manager to oversee operations within a correctional facility. The Role

Key responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the prison health centre, ensuring safe and effective service delivery Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including nursing and allied health staff Ensuring compliance with clinical governance, policy, and accreditation standards Managing rostering, workforce planning, and performance development Working closely with correctional services leadership and key stakeholders to ensure integrated care delivery Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in a Health Centre Manager, Nurse Unit Manager, or senior clinical leadership role Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management frameworks Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Previous experience in correctional, remote, or high-security healthcare settings (highly regarded) Benefits
