National Sales Manager – Australia
to lead our next phase of growth.
This role is perfect for a strategic, relationship-centric sales leader who thrives in a high-performance environment, loves developing people, and is energised by balancing strong commercial discipline with creativity and education-led brand building.

What You’ll Lead
As our National Sales Manager – Australia, you will:
▶ Deliver disciplined national growth
Own and deliver monthly revenue targets across both wholesale and direct‑to‑salon channels.
Protect brand and margin integrity through strong commercial decision‑making.
Enforce and uphold 30‑day AR terms across all accounts.
▶ Drive a strategic Grow | Gain | Retain framework
Retain:
Protect and nurture Top 10 accounts in each state.
Grow:
Lift AOV, category penetration, and order frequency.
Gain:
Acquire brand‑aligned new salons and onboard them with clear expectations.
Ensure all AU education events meet commercial minimums (tickets, kits & follow‑on orders).
Collaborate with Education to convert training into loyalty, retention and revenue.
Support Master Extensionist progression for Platinum salons.
▶ Lead our Hero Wholesaler strategy
Build gold‑standard partnerships with key wholesalers by state.
Co‑develop joint business plans focused on volume, education and sell‑through.
Ensure compliance with brand, pricing and AR standards.
▶ Elevate digital and omnichannel presence
Support the AU e‑commerce relaunch through salon and wholesaler engagement.
Drive adoption of online ordering, AI colour matching and affiliate programs.
Ensure digital activity complements field and wholesale growth.
▶ Build capability and lead with integrity
Coach and support sales and education contributors with clarity and accountability.
Invest in your own leadership development and model Showpony’s
Beauty with Integrity
behaviours.
Create a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity and commercial excellence.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in senior sales leadership within hair/beauty, professional products or premium brands
Skilled at managing top‑tier salons and wholesalers
Confident enforcing AR terms, commercial minimums, and brand standards
Strong in education‑led selling and relationship management
A natural coach who lifts capability in others
Commercially disciplined with a strategic mindset and high emotional intelligence
