This is a permanent full‑time role where you will shape the future of our workforce while making a meaningful impact on early childhood education. Working closely with our leadership team, you will develop innovative solutions that attract, retain and develop outstanding talent across our organisation. This stand‑alone role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and has no direct reports.

Responsibilities

Creating and executing strategic workforce plans aligned with business growth, emerging trends and future capability requirements.

Leveraging people analytics to deliver insights that inform executive decisions and support operational workforce management.

Acting as a strategic advisor to leadership teams, providing workforce intelligence and solutions that drive organisational success.

Leading delivery of cultural initiatives, recruitment innovation, employee experience enhancements and talent retention strategies.

Managing complex workforce projects and change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in workforce planning, analytics and modelling preferably within regulated sectors (ECEC, education or similar).

Demonstrated success leading workforce projects and driving change management initiatives.

Strategic influencer who can execute with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills across all organisational levels.

Data‑driven problem solver who identifies trends, assesses risks and develops innovative workforce solutions.

Strong communicator who inspires teams, navigates complexity and delivers results in dynamic environments.

A current Blue Card and National Police Check or the ability to obtain one.
