Are you a solid, Solution Architect with good Software Development experience/understanding ready to shape the future of digital transformation in the utilities and government sectors? We’re seeking a visionary professional to lead end‑to‑end architecture for complex software and business applications, driving innovation and integration across enterprise systems. Working with a team of awesome humans, a supportive capability lead and a visionary manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering strategic IT solutions that align with business goals. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and architect scalable, future‑ready systems that power critical infrastructure and services.

Your Background And Skills

7+ years of proven experience as a Solution Architect - in a software development centric role

You have proven experience of bringing together developers from across different areas of IT and getting them to work together to achieve a common outcome

SAP experience desirable, but not essential

Data platform aware ((ideally Azure) but we are not looking for deep data platform knowledge)

Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate with non IT users

Creative problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach

Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects concurrently

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering etc

Certifications such as TOGAF or Azure Certified Solution Architect are a plus
