The Role
We are seeking an experienced Farm General Manager to lead and coordinate operations across their farming enterprises. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will oversee all aspects of the farming enterprises, business management, strategic and financial vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and regenerative principles.

Key Responsibilities
Regenerative and Holistic Management - across integrated grazing systems and layer hen operations.
Oversee chemical-free poultry production - ensuring biosecurity and animal welfare compliance.
Operations Management - incl. direct daily farm operations, selection and ordering of poultry feed, maintain records, and ensure compliance with food safety and WHS standards.
Customer Management – maintain and develop relationships with key accounts.
Financial Management – incl. budgets, financial reporting, and develop strategies for profitability and premium market access.
Staff Management - recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring compliance with workplace laws and WHS requirements.
Culture – develop and maintain a strong business culture that reflects the values of the broader organisation.
About You
Proven experience in farm and business management, preferably in regenerative agriculture and / or poultry.
Strong leadership and financial management skills.
Knowledge of Australian food safety, animal welfare, and WHS standards.
Ability to develop innovative farm enterprises and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a positive team culture.
