General Manager – Clinical Governance & Allied Health

will be responsible for clinical governance and quality outcomes across all operational areas, including Residential Aged Care, Home Care, Retirement Living and Veterans' Services.

The Role

Provide organisational wide clinical leadership and influence to embed high-quality, person centred care across all services.

Influence, mentor and guide senior operational and clinical leaders in embedding quality and person-centred care across all service area.

Contribute to organisational strategy development and implementation from a clinical governance and quality perspective.

Contribute to board and committee reporting, and clinical governance and compliance meetings

Lead the development and ongoing maturity of the clinical governance frameworks, ensuring robust policies, procedures, and systems are in place and adhered to.

Provide leadership for allied health services, ensuring integrated, high-quality evidence-informed care.

Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including residents, clients, families, advisory groups, regulators, suppliers, and service partners.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinical and consumer outcomes across all services.

About You

Current AHPRA registration

Post graduate qualification in clinical governance, leadership or equivalent (desirable)

Excellent leadership skills and the ability to coach, mentor and drive positive change across an organisation.

Good working knowledge of the Aged Care Act (2024), the Aged Care Rules, the Aged Care regulatory framework and the strengthened quality standard

Demonstrated experience leading clinical governance and quality outcomes in aged care
