### Job DescriptionAt Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're looking for a commercially astute and strategic **Commercial Manager** to join our Finance team. Reporting to the GM of Finance, this is a high-impact role partnering closely with leaders to drive performance, deliver meaningful insights, and support key business decisions across our retail and wholesale operations.**About the role**As Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting business performance through analysis, modelling, and strategic planning. You'll work cross-functionally to provide financial insights that influence growth, margin, and operational efficiency.Key responsibilities include:* Lead and support the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles* Deliver clear, actionable financial analysis to drive performance across business units* Partner with senior stakeholders to support commercial decision-making* Build and maintain financial models across pricing, profitability, and scenario planning* Prepare monthly performance reporting, board packs, and executive dashboards* Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy and visibility* Support strong financial governance and risk management practices**About you**You are commercially minded, analytically strong, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
