About the role
We are currently seeking a Strategic Solutions Advisor / Lead for our AI-driven intelligence services business. The position could be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
In this role, you will lead client engagements from initiation through delivery to deliver high-quality, data-driven insights that transform project outcomes. You will operate as a trusted advisor to clients whilst coordinating with internal technical specialists to solve complex projects in construction, mining, and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Lead 2-3 concurrent client projects (typically duration of 3-4 months)
Manage project scope, timeline, quality and stakeholder expectations
Translate technical optimisation outputs to business value
Apply logical frameworks and data-driven analysis to generate insights
Break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured work plans
Lead stakeholder interviews and discovery workshops
Contribute to service design and methodology refinement
Scope new opportunities and develop project approaches
Contribute to proposal development and pitch preparation
About you
Minimum 4 years' experience in management consulting
Tertiary degree in relevant field. MBA or postgraduate qualification is desirable but not required
Experience in managing similar projects with proven track of leading engagements independently
End to end delivery experience from scoping through to final recommendations
Data and insight generation analytical skills
Experience in construction or mining sector is preferred but not essential
