We are seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to join our executive team and be part of our continued growth at Lancemore.

At this level your technical skills and experience in high-end, full service hotels is a given. What will set apart the successful applicant is your history of balanced scorecard results, ability to move the performance needle, exceptional leadership skills and alignment with the company's culture and values.

About The Role Be a key part of a dynamic, exceptionally credentialed executive team Deliver results across the balanced scorecard in all our hotel, taking each hotel to their identified 3-year full potential Provide support, coaching and leadership to our Area GMs and hotel GMs to help ensure their success Be the lead on delivering operational excellence within the group across all of our hotels across Australia Onboard the new hotels in our pipeline successfully Participate in corporate strategy and lead the business unit strategy Be a key player in ensuring the company is one that we are all proud to work in Build a legacy that you can be proud of

About You: A proven performer with an outstanding history of execution and moving the performance needle An astute operations leader with excellent business acumen A brilliant leader of people and a strong believer in the importance of talent and culture Someone who is passionate about boutique hotels, F&B, events and spa's and can bring our brands to life Someone who is excited about ensuring all operational systems and processes are effectively managed and scale seamlessly as we grow Someone who cares deeply about getting results for team members, customers and shareholders Someone who lives Lancemore's values and possesses a healthy dose of "grit" and a "growth mindset"
