TheLauriston Head of Sport (P-12) is accountable for leading,developing, and implementing Lauriston’s Sport Strategyacross all year levels. Reporting directly to the Deputy Principal– Wellbeing, this position delivers strategic guidance,operational management, and effective leadership to foster aninclusive and aspirational sporting environment that aligns withthe School’s vision, mission and values..

Capabilitiesand Experience:

Demonstratea genuine commitment to Lauriston’s values of Engagementin Life, Intellectual Curiosity, Courage, Creativity andRelationships

Tertiaryqualifications in Education, with demonstrated experienceleading school sport or physical education programs

Strongpeople leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentorand develop staff

Soundorganisational, administrative and planningcapability

Demonstratesstrong communication skills and consistently fostersconstructive relationships throughout the Schoolcommunity.

Astrong commitment to inclusive participation, student wellbeingand excellence in girls’ sport

Upholda commitment to the highest standards of childsafety
