The Role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Group through its next stage of growth. Reporting directly to our Director, this role requires a strategic, resultsโdriven operator who can make an immediate impact by driving revenue, enhancing customer engagement and elevating our flagship venue's reputation in Melbourne's competitive hospitality scene.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth โ Deliver targeted weekly revenue increases through innovative strategies and operational improvements.
Customer Development โ Build strong wordโofโmouth networks and drive new and repeat visitation.
Team Leadership & Development โ Foster a highโperforming team culture with structured training and staff development.
Operational Excellence โ Ensure smooth, efficient and profitable dayโtoโday operations while maintaining brand standards.
Strategic Growth โ Contribute ideas to strengthen the wider group, with opportunities to oversee future venues.
About You
We're looking for a dynamic leader who is ready to make an immediate impact: Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operator in highโvolume, premium venues. Handsโon leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. Commercially astute, with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. Creative thinker with marketing insight and fresh ideas. Confident communicator with a passion for brand reputation and community engagement.
