Community Services #1 (CS#1) is looking for a dynamic Director (Nominated Supervisor – ACECQA)to lead one of our early childhood services through an exciting period of growth and change.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire your team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Drive continuous improvement in educational programs, learning environments, and regulatory compliance.
Strengthen family and community engagement to enhance occupancy and service impact.
Manage operational, financial, and staffing responsibilities with strategic insight.
Champion change initiatives that deliver tangible improvements in quality and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:
ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification (minimum Diploma).
Demonstrated 2+ years’ experience leading an early childhood service, ideally through change or growth.
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and early childhood pedagogy.
Confident communicator, skilled in stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
Resilient, innovative, and ready to embrace a challenging and rewarding leadership role.
Currently holds: ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card, National Police Check, Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis qualifications, Current Driver Licence.

Competitive Hourly rate of $ 52.66 - $57.31 (minimum 5% above the award + 15% Wage Retention) plus superannuation and Salary Packaging
