NetSuite Lead Consultant

Job Responsibilities As a NetSuite Lead Consultant, your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, conducting workshops, designing solutions, configuration and developing customised solution, implementation, testing, training, and data migration. You will also work with the Sales team to ensure that these solutions are scoped correctly from the very start.

Job Tasks

Lead functional analysis and design discussions, advising clients on the use of the solutions based on best practices and the customer's business processes

Identify and document gaps between standard processes and customer's business processes

Design the end-to-end functional architecture and solution design

Configure NetSuite modules

Work with development team on designing, testing and implementation of modifications and interfaces

Provide functional training and support for customers

Work all issues to resolution

Help with the management of projects from a timeline and commercial perspective

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years NetSuite ERP implementation experience; desirable is experience in retail, manufacturing, WD sectors.

Excellent understanding and knowledge of core NetSuite Finance and WD modules

Resourceful, confident under pressure, and skill in delivering complex solutions while effectively managing client expectations

Ability to deliver effective content and strategic presentations to audiences of all sizes

Display passion for clients, demonstrated through professionalism and striving for - excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.

Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
