Accountabilities

Own your territory from prospecting to close, managing the full sales cycle and building pipeline.

Listen to clients and ask insightful questions to identify their needs and match our solutions accordingly.

Become an expert on our pricing models and articulate why our platform outshines traditional healthcare options.

Collaborate effectively with team members, maintaining a positive culture and communicating promptly.

Requirements

4+ years of experience exceeding sales quotas as an Account Executive.

Strong attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed correctly.

Coachable mindset with a desire to continuously improve and be open to feedback.

Excellent listening skills, able to grasp client needs thoroughly before responding.

A hustler mentality with a strong work ethic that drives success.

Healthcare sales experience is a plus but not a requirement.
