Driving strategic revenue growth and increase market share

Leading and supporting the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service

Managing and growing relationships with key accounts and new customers

Overseeing pricing strategies and monitor KPIs to ensure operational success

Collaborating with senior management on business strategy and planning

Fostering a customer-focused and safety-first workplace culture

Requirements

Strong commercial background, ideally with qualifications in commerce or accounting

Entrepreneurial and driven sales leader who loves building a great team and culture

Understanding of major projects, particularly in construction or landscaping

Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise very effectively

Strong commercial acumen, decision-making, and negotiation skills

A hands-on, flexible approach and a passion for plants and the horticultural industry
