As an Emergency Relief Assessor, you’ll speak with community members over the phone, listen to their story, understand their needs, and connect them with practical support that can make a real difference in their day-to-day lives.This full-time, permanent role is based at our Morley site, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:15pm. Flexible hybrid working arrangements are available, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
