The Role

We’re looking for a

Senior Mechanical Engineer

with expertise in

Autodesk Inventor

and

iLogic automation . In this role, you will design and deliver automated CAD frameworks that transform complex engineering rules into

scalable, parametric design systems . Your work will directly power Vanta’s automation capabilities, helping our clients reduce lead times and eliminate repetitive design bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain

Inventor iLogic rules, iParts, and iAssemblies

for configurable product lines.

Build

parametric models and libraries

to enable automated generation of 3D models and drawings.

Translate

manufacturing and factory processes

into logic-driven design systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure automation outputs are

production-ready .

Continuously improve design standards and document

automation best practices .

Provide technical leadership in CAD automation across the organisation.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in

Mechanical Engineering

or related field.

5+ years’ professional experience

with Autodesk Inventor.

Proven track record in

iLogic scripting and design automation

using VB.NET.

Strong understanding of

manufacturing processes

(sheet metal, machining, fabrication, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to

optimise CAD workflows

for efficiency and accuracy.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate real-world engineering constraints into automation logic.

Nice to Have

Exposure to

mass customisation or product configurator projects .
