This team has been hand‑picked for a new service opening, and we have an equally committed team of operational support staff and approved provider. What you’ll be doing

Providing strong leadership and direction to the teaching team, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture

Overseeing the development, implementation and continuous improvement of educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework

Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures to maintain the centre’s quality rating

Managing the centre’s budget, staffing, rostering, and administrative responsibilities

Building positive relationships with families, the local community and key stakeholders

Championing professional development opportunities for the teaching team

Be a champion for your team with a sense of fun

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a centre manager or equivalent role in the early childhood education sector

Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with families and the community

Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements

Proficient in financial management and administrationPassion for providing high‑quality early childhood education and care
