Role Overview To support this exciting growth, Blue Bungalow is seeking a Head of Business Operations to bring alignment, structure and operational clarity across the organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments and enjoys turning ambitious ideas into practical outcomes, connecting key operational functions across fulfilment, retail and e‑commerce, ensuring teams are aligned and initiatives are delivered effectively as the business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

Translate strategy into action and lead the delivery of key initiatives across the organisation.

Ensure priorities are clear, resources are aligned, and projects progress effectively while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes.

Strengthen collaboration across the business and ensure the systems and platforms supporting the operational and e‑commerce environment enable teams to work effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

Brings experience from environments where logistics, fulfilment or distribution intersect with e‑commerce or digitally enabled retail businesses.

Possesses an enterprise mindset and the ability to see how different parts of a business connect and contribute to overall performance.

Comfortable operating across multiple functions, balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.

Demonstrates curiosity, sound judgement and a collaborative approach that helps teams move forward with clarity and confidence.

Can bring calm, structure, and momentum while supporting the continued evolution of the business in a fast‑paced environment.
