About the Role Reporting to the General Manager of Distribution, you'll own the end‑to‑end warehousing and logistics operation in Moss Vale, NSW. You'll shape the future of logistics, optimise supply chain performance and build a high‑performing, safety‑focused team while driving strategic initiatives across the business.

Duties

Lead day‑to‑day warehouse and distribution operations

Develop and execute operational strategy aligned to business goals

Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiencies and KPI performance

Build leadership capability across large, multi‑level teams

Manage 3PL and key supplier relationships

Skills & Experience

Proven success leading large‑scale warehousing or distribution operations

Strong track record in operational improvement and change management

Experience implementing WMS, automation or technology solutions

Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business

Advanced MS Office and warehouse systems experience
