The Managing Partner OMD Brisbane role presents a rare opportunity to lead Brisbane’s largest portfolio of National and Global retailers.

As Managing Partner, you will lead a fully functioning business, fostering a culture of high-performance and delivering growth for our people and consequently our clients.

Success will require working with the senior team to deliver a strategic vision, lead complex stakeholder management, attain commercial targets, excel in client relationship building, and balance long‑term goals with short‑term targets.

What you’ll do

People Leadership: Responsible for the development of direct reports and driving an inclusive team effort across employees with different specialist skill sets.

Product Leadership: Create What’s Next and steer OMD’s output – its strategic business direction, exceeding expectations, and delivering all client objectives.

Client Relationship Leadership: Ensure OMD is regarded as a strategic partner through action and communication, earning the ear and respect of senior client stakeholders and partner agency leads.

Senior leadership and media experience

Insight and communication strategy creation expertise

A proven track record in building healthy, long‑term client relationships across large blue‑chip clients

A reputation for strong leadership and people coaching skills
