We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced Project Managers/Senior Project Engineers/Project Engineers to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our projects in WA.

Position Overview

As a Project Manager/Senior Project Engineer/Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our civil infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of project planning, execution, and completion. Your expertise and leadership will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of engineers and technicians through all phases of project planning, design, and execution.

Manage project delivery to ensure outcomes are achieved safely, on time, and within budget.

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement necessary adjustments to meet key milestones and deliverables.

Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project objectives.

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

Prepare and review detailed project reports, proposals, and technical documentation.

Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and best practice within the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in project management/civil engineering or related field.

Project Manager – Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering civil infrastructure projects, including end-to-end project management responsibility.

Senior Project Engineer – Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure projects.

Project Engineer – Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure projects.

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale civil projects.

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, design standards, and construction techniques.

Demonstrated proficiency in project management software, including Primavera and Microsoft Project.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work a FIFO 2/1 roster and adapt to remote work conditions.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
