About the Role
This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with an entrepreneurial, nimble growing company that promotes excellence and thinking outside of the box. The Global Marketing Lead is responsible for shaping and enhancing how customers interact with a brand across various touchpoints worldwide. The role involves creating cohesive and impactful brand experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and business growth.
Campaign Execution
Support campaign execution from briefing through to launch across multiple channels.
Support Global Campaigns coordinate internal teams and external agencies to deliver on time and on budget.
Ensure campaigns are executed consistently across retail, digital, and e-commerce.
Track performance and support post-campaign reporting and learnings.
Brand Activations & Events
Lead the planning and execution of brand activations, launches, pop-ups, industry trade shows and retail partnerships.
Manage timelines, budgets, suppliers, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
Partner with retail, PR, and partnerships teams to maximise reach and impact.
Ensure activations align with brand strategy and commercial objectives.
Support and deliver all marketing collateral across POS, in-store materials, PR materials, and campaign assets.
Own collateral planning in line with campaign timelines, retail requirements, and brand priorities.
Brief, manage, and review BTL creative assets to ensure consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.
Oversee production of marketing materials, including print, packaging inserts, and promotional items.
Manage asset rollout to internal teams, retailers, and external partners.
Ensure all collateral is on-brand, fit-for-purpose, and delivered on time.
Own retail and e-commerce content enrichment including product descriptions, imagery, key selling points, and brand storytelling.
Partner with retail and e-com teams to optimise product pages for conversion.
Ensure all listings are accurate, compelling, and aligned to brand guidelines.
Support seasonal updates, launches, and promotional moments.
Performance Tracking & ROI Analysis
Measure the effectiveness of PR events based on marketing goals briefed such as media hits, influencer attendance, etc.
Gather insights from retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to optimize and continuously improve on future trade events and e-commerce strategies.
Provide regular status reports and recommendations to sales, brand, and leadership teams.
About You
Ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and stand-out event experiences.
Strong focus on executing on-time, on-budget events and effective trade marketing initiatives.
Excellent project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Works well with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Takes initiative and anticipates market trends and retailer needs.
Ability to assess performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
High level of interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to manage upwards and downwards. In addition, an ability to forge strong and professional relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the business, and cross functional teams.
Knowledge of US, ANZ and Global Retail landscape & planning cycles.
Proven ability to manage, track and maintain department budgets.
Commercial, excellent project management, self-sufficient and a problem solver.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literacy including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and AI.
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, PR, digital media or similar, and/or proven industry experience relevant to the position
Microsoft Office Suite, Canva (desirable but not essential).
