GP Opportunity – Southern Suburb of Adelaide, 40min from CBD

Mixed-billing, purpose-built practice with spacious consulting rooms. Strong clinical support with 8 GPs and 2 RNs on duty at all times. Remuneration & Incentives: 30% service fee for billings under $20k/month, 25% for billings above $20k/month. $175/hr retainer for 3 months. $40,000 (FTE) sign-on bonus (2-year minimum term). $10,000 (FTE) professional development co-contribution. Work flexibility: Mon-Fri: 8.30 AM - 5.00 PM No fixed hours—work as many days and hours as desired. No after-hours or on-call requirements. DPA/MM1 area – 6-month exemption considered. Reason for vacancy: Two doctors going on maternity leave and one relocating to a metro area. Remuneration & Incentives: 25% service fee. $175/hr retainer for 3 months. $40,000 (FTE) sign-on bonus (2-year minimum term). Work flexibility: No fixed hours—work as many days and hours as desired. Mon-Fri: 9.00 AM - 6.30 PM, Sat-Sun: 9.00 AM - 2.00 PM Keen on GPs interested in after-hours care: Weeknights until 9 PM. Saturdays 8 AM – 4 PM. Sundays 8 AM – 4 PM. DPA 6-month exemption considered. Reason for vacancy: Expansion of the practice and a retiring doctor.
