About the Role Working from our Subiaco office, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment and Resourcing Business Partner to join us in a permanent full‑time position. This role is responsible for supporting high‑volume recruitment and workforce delivery of blue‑collar trades and site‑based personnel across our operations.

You will thrive in a fast‑paced environment where meeting critical timelines, anticipating workforce needs, and collaborating closely with operational stakeholders are key to success. This opportunity suits a recruitment professional who is proactive, solutions‑focused, and motivated by delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume blue‑collar trade roles

Coordinate candidate approvals through client systems and compliance processes

Develop effective sourcing strategies and talent pipelines

Deliver a high level of service to candidates and internal stakeholders

Partner with operations to meet workforce demands and deadlines

Maintain accurate personnel records in line with statutory requirements

Liaise with the Training team to ensure pre‑mobilisation requirements are met

Support continuous improvement of recruitment systems and processes

About You You are a proactive and organised recruitment professional who performs well under pressure. You are confident managing competing priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving recruitment outcomes within demanding timeframes.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in blue‑collar or high‑volume recruitment

Experience within contractor, labour hire, maintenance, or shutdown environments

Familiarity with recruitment, mobilisation, or compliance systems

Highly organised with strong time‑management skills

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Solutions‑focused with the ability to use initiative

Resilient, adaptable, and delivery‑oriented
