Senior Manager - Accounting & Finance at Perigon Group
Support transactions on modelling, funding and analysis

Our client is a Sydney based Investment Group that has enjoyed significant growth and success over the years. Well regarded in their space, with the agility of a boutique and the rigor and discipline of institutional platforms
The transaction management team is a middle office function which bridges investment execution, compliance, and ongoing portfolio management, with a strong focus on financial modelling and communication.
In this role, you will co-lead a team of analysts, overseeing a portfolio of complex transactions and developing robust fund models maximising investor returns, cashflow and to meet complex legal arrangements. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining rigorous risk management controls, ensuring strict adherence to compliance requirements and regulatory guidelines. And take part in ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement of processes
Experience required:
5+ years experience and advanced financial modelling experience ideally related to investments focus such as investment banking, credit, project finance, real estate funds management
CFA qualifications are highly regarded
Ability to adapt and pivot in a changing environment
Work with a high caibre and professional team
