Base pay range
A$120,000.00/yr - A$139,000.00/yr
What you’ll do
We’re seeking a
People & Culture Partner
to provide strategic and operational HR support across our organisation. You’ll work closely with leaders and teams to foster engagement, drive performance, and build capability through expert guidance and coaching.
Key responsibilities include:
Partner with leaders to make informed, people-focused decisions aligned with business goals
Coach and build leadership capability to ensure consistent and accountable people practices
Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, from initial notification to resolution
Provide expert advice on Enterprise Agreements, policy, employment law, and WHS compliance
Support the implementation of HR strategy and lead initiatives that embed best practice and strengthen engagement
Contribute to broader organisational projects that enhance workforce capability and employee experience

Permanent full time role
with flexible work options
Hybrid work model:
Wednesdays at Macquarie Park + 1 day at one of our Centres (Sydney City, Blacktown, Parramatta or Gosford)

What you’ll bring
Relevant tertiary qualifications and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in P&C partnering and generalist HR
Strong knowledge of employment law and Employee Relations/Industrial Relations case management
Proven ability to manage change, influence stakeholders, and coach leaders effectively
Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and reporting
Demonstrated success in project management and delivery
