Associate Lawyer

Lead Group is partnering with a well-regarded national law firm to appoint an

Associate Lawyer

into its high-performing Insurance Litigation team based in Perth.

This opportunity would suit a motivated litigation lawyer with at least

2 years’ post-admission experience

and a genuine interest in insurance and health law matters.

The Opportunity You will work across a broad range of matters including:

Professional indemnity claims

Health law disputes

Medical negligence claims

Disciplinary proceedings

The role offers direct access to respected senior practitioners and strong mentorship, providing a clear pathway for career progression within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

About You You will bring:

Minimum 2 years’ PAE within litigation

Exposure to insurance litigation, defendant matters, or health law

Strong drafting, research and analytical capability

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Commercial awareness and client-focused thinking

Confidence managing multiple matters and deadlines

You are proactive, commercially minded, and keen to develop within a structured, high-performing environment.
