Our client is seeking a

Principal NetDevOps Engineer

to lead that transformation. This is a senior technical leadership role where you'll define automation architecture, mentor engineers, and guide large‑scale client engagements—while remaining hands‑on with code and design.

The Role You’ll lead a sub‑team, serving large enterprise clients in financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, and critical infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

Define network automation architecture and standards

across the practice

Lead complex enterprise engagements , including multi‑vendor, large‑scale automation transformations

Establish Network CI/CD frameworks , including automated testing, validation, and staged deployments

Drive source‑of‑truth strategy , implementing platforms such as Nautobot and NetBox

Mentor and develop senior engineers , leading architecture reviews and shaping technical growth

Partner across DevOps, Security, and Cloud teams

to deliver integrated automation solutions

Contribute to thought leadership and evaluate emerging technologies in intent‑based and AI‑driven networking

What You Bring

8+ years of network engineering experience, with 4+ years in network automation

Deep hands‑on expertise with automation frameworks such as Ansible, Nornir, Terraform, and Python‑based tooling

Strong software engineering fundamentals (testing, APIs, design patterns, version control)

Experience implementing and integrating source‑of‑truth systems

Proven technical leadership and client‑facing communication skills
