Shaping tomorrow's cities and communities begins with planning. We provide holistic strategic advice for the public and private sector to understand the full spectrum of planning.
Our planners are the most experienced and awarded in the country guiding projects from vision to approval and beyond. As a
Senior Consultant , every day is different! You'll make an impact by:
Providing high quality statutory advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans, the approval process and management
Developing client relationships by building trust, providing quality advice and managing expectations
Writing submissions, proposals and advice that accurately reflects the client's needs
Working alongside other professionals on a range of multi-disciplinary projects, working to specification, to deadlines, within budget and with a commercial outcome
Coaching and developing individuals with the team, as appropriate
About you.

A tertiary qualification in Urban/Town Planning or a closely related discipline along with ideally 5 years of relevant experience gained in a consultancy or local/State government environment
Demonstrated strong technical understanding of statutory planning frameworks, controls and processes
An ability to be proactive and take initiative in order meet project and client demands
Proven track record of managing projects and mentoring team members
Strong communication skills with the ability to distil complex situations with clarity and articulate a compelling narrative, both in written communications and verbally
A
