Hybrid, Melbourne (Collingwood startup hub) What You’ll Do

Architect, build, and optimise voice AI systems. Test and refine LLMs, pipelines, and integrations. Own features end-to-end – from sketch to production. Work directly with customers to turn feedback into product improvements. Collaborate daily with the founding team on product and culture. What You’re Looking For / What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in Python or Go. Experience in TypeScript / React. A track record in startups or scrappy teams. Comfort using AI tools to make your work faster and sharper. Hunger to learn, bias for shipping, and the ability to adapt your opinions to fit the team and environment. Adaptability: you know how to navigate ambiguity and thrive in fast-changing conditions.
