Advising on a broad range of matters including buy‑ and sell‑side transactions, M&A, divestments, joint ventures, restructures, FIRB, capital raising, commercial contracting, continuous disclosure and corporate governance.

We would like to speak to lawyers with 7-15+ years’ PAE gained in leading national/international firms or pre‑eminent in‑house teams.

Lawyer – Environment & Planning | 7-15+ years’ PAE | International law firm

Commencing asap, this engagement is expected to be ongoing on an ‘as needs’ basis.

Providing strategic legal advice on approvals, land access, land use, planning, and environmental compliance. Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, with a focus on environmental law issues and advise clients in relation to E&P disputes.

5‑15+ years PAE, gained from leading international/national and pre‑eminent boutique law firms. Lawyers with in‑house E&P experience are also encouraged to apply.

Family Lawyers | 3-15+ years’ PAE | Pre‑eminent law firm

Commencing asap, this engagement is expected to be ongoing on an ‘as needs’ basis.

Working across a broad range of family law matters, including property and financial settlements, parenting and custody issues, child support, divorce and separation, and binding financial agreements.

3‑15+ years PAE gained in leading international, national, or boutique firms. Lawyers from all Australian jurisdictions are encouraged to apply.
