Lawyer – Dispute Resolution

Montgomery Advisory is partnering with a leading independent Australian law firm to recruit a high-calibre Associate

(2–3 PQE)

for its well-regarded Dispute Resolution team in Sydney or Canberra.

The Opportunity This top-tier Dispute Resolution team acts in complex commercial litigation, regulatory investigations, enforcement proceedings, class actions and significant corporate disputes. You will work closely with highly regarded partners and senior lawyers on challenging, high-profile matters, while collaborating with colleagues across offices nationally. This role offers strong mentoring, hands‑on responsibility and excellent career development prospects.

About You You will have 2–3 years’ PQE in commercial litigation from a reputable private practice. You will demonstrate strong technical ability, excellent drafting skills and sound judgment. You are confident managing components of matters, meeting deadlines and working both autonomously and as part of a team. A proactive, commercially minded and professional approach is essential.
