This position is central to providing executive leadership, guidance and support to develop and lead contemporary people and culture strategy, operations and initiatives at the executive level in a complex, diverse and dynamic environment with ambitious goals for its community and people.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Provide strategic and technical expertise and advice to the Chief Executive and Senior Executive Team on all people and culture matters, key strategies, trends, and issues, providing sophisticated and insightful analysis and recommendations for leading best people and culture practice across Metro North Health.
Contribute to the overall strategy for Metro North Health and the delivery of a strategic plan to achieve clinical and operational performance indicators.
Build and develop a cohesive, engaged, empowered, and high performing team, which is aligned to business needs, and is characterised by strong morale, effective teamwork, collaboration, agile and innovative thinking, ethical decision making, quality outcomes, and are focused on being customer centric, solutions oriented, and delivering results.
