Job Description

Are you an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in driving national revenue growth and building high‑performing teams? This is a rare opportunity to lead a multi‑state B2B sales function, manage top‑tier client relationships, and influence strategy at an executive level.

The Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the national Sales function across multiple brands, overseeing both strategy and execution. Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing a high‑performing sales team, including State Leaders and Business Relationship Managers;

Driving business development, innovation, and C‑level client relationships with top accounts;

Developing and executing an integrated national Sales & Business Development strategy aligned with business objectives;

Representing the business at industry events, sponsorships, and client forums nationally; and

Contributing to executive leadership discussions and providing strategic input to the Board.

Key Outcomes

Achieve $30M+ in annual revenue and net growth targets;

Maintain and improve gross margin performance;

Build meaningful engagement with the top 50 clients, including regular reviews;

Lead a high‑performance team through coaching, KPI management, and succession planning; and

Ensure a strong forward sales pipeline, structured call cycles, and effective reporting.

About You

Proven national‑level sales leadership with multi‑state B2B experience;

Strong executive presence and ability to manage C‑level client relationships;

A record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and delivering growth;

Expertise in CRM‑driven sales process management, pipeline development, and reporting; and

Commercial acumen in pricing, margin management, and value‑based selling.
