As the

Finance Business Partner , you will provide high-level strategic financial and business advice to Local Health District (LHD) Executives, Directors and Senior Leaders. This role partners closely with clinical and non-clinical leaders to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making. As the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for: Overseeing financial performance functions including budgets, activity-based management and performance monitoring systems Leading and contributing to monthly performance review processes, including preparation of integrated performance narratives Supporting Facility and Program Managers to deliver effective, efficient financial and business management outcomes Developing, monitoring and reporting on budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and forward projections Driving continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and reporting Partnering with stakeholders to deliver sustainable financial and business strategies aligned to the LHD Strategic Plan To find out more, please review the position description.
